when Vsync is enabled, yes 60fps on 60hz. You can take advantage of that even on a single card, tri-SLI, quad-SLI. or even using onboard video... Actually, I don't get your question hehehe...

60 Hz is the monitor's refresh rate... the higher the better... lower refresh rates will create flicker... sakit sa mata ug sa ulo... even LED backlit monitor do have a flicker due to the dimming of the backlighting...

sa inquiry ni TS, yes you can for the SLI. you just need the required GPUs on two-way, tri or quad SLI set-up... For nvidia 3D vision, nope, requirement will be 120 Hz monitors w/ 3D capability...

for me lang ni ha, minimum is 60 Hz refresh rate... below this one, mag labad akoang ulo... even using my LED backlit monitor...

There are rare cases nga igon ana, some can even see flicker on a OLED screen.
