sa ako nahibaloan you need to uninstall the OS from your first PC (pwede format nimo). then install it in your other pc using your old license

dili naka maka install ug oem to other PC, basta na activated na ok ra upgrade other parts, pero kung ang motherboard na gani mailisan sa imo PC dili na pwede...

Pwede nimo i install Ang OEM copy to other PC.. ayaw ibutang ang Product key if Windows 7 imong i install, para Trial sa ka for 30days.. ang problem pag Activation kasi diki na mu work ang imong Product key... So Mag Search kas sa google ways to activate it..

OEM < Original Equipment Manufacturer...meaning ang OS shud stay as Bundle with the purchased Equipment..

and depende sa arrangement, pwede ra mouse kauban sa OEM OS but it will be installed only once if needs to activated

or should stay with the authenticity sticked CPU ONLY! non transferable to any other HDD << as M$ policy, the Life of ur OS license depends on the life of ur HDD

so do not crash ur OEM licensed and enrolled HDD
