No definite time frame on when the jb for 5.1 or even 5.1.1 will be available for ip4s, ipad 2/3. It's really up to the jb developers.

Bro, JB for iPhone4S and iPad2/3 has been released, you can use Redsn0w 0.9.10b8b on iDevices running on iOS 5.0.1 or higher. Check some jail breaking sites for reference

I might have missed it but there is no jb yet for ipad3. Developers have shown videos of a jailbroken new ipad but nothing has been publicly released yet. You can jb an ipad3 if you're successful in downgrading it to 5.0.1 like one user suggested in another thread.

I might be wrong again but this version of redsnow allows your ipad2 or ip4s running 5.1 or 5.1.1 to downgrade to 5.0.1 and enjoy an untethered jb.
