Default Overpriced Cebu lamp posts removed

After 5 years, the controversial overpriced lamp posts were removed as per yesterday's update from ABS-CBN.

    http://www.abs-cbnnews.com/nation/re...-posts-removed

Prior to its removal, I have noticed that they are useless anyway-- bent, unlit, some of its parts are stolen and the streets where they are located are dark..

So, what happened to the case about these lamp posts? Is it still ongoing? Removal of said lamp posts could not bring back the millions of money stolen from said corruption case.

    Your thoughts?

The guilty ones were hoping everybody had forgotten by now so they can continue with their graft. It's the same strategy that seems to work for all level of crooks from barangay level up to the presidency. The problem is that too many voters don't care who is that person buying their vote.
