Because majority of our mindset are not entrepreneurs.
When you just observe when you go to work everyday, a lot of people are just sitting on the sidewalks, doing nothing. Even though you don't have an educational background but if you are willing to work hard and do some small business, you still end up having money.

Imagine everyone on the country just look for a job. And there are only few businesses out there?

Education. We are 3rd world country because Filipinos have 3rd world mentalities. Bisan baylo pa ta og nasod og mga balaod sa 1st world country karon dayon,,, ang pinoy usbon ra gihapon na tanan sistema karon pd dayon para mo uyon kung onsa comfortable sa iya jud... pasalamat nlng ta na morag serious ang government in its education reform programs..... root cause jud ang education. pero i think daghan nman aware ron on having the right mindset and teaching the right things to their children...
