Default 7% to 9% per month on your investment attractive enough?

Just want to know your opinion:

Supposing you invested 6,500 pesos which would earn you 1,800 after 3 to 4 months, will you find that attractive enough to put your money on?

This is not a proposal but just a sort of 'survey' to help me establish a business plan, so please respect my thread. Thank you.

7% to 9% is very attractive but if you'd ask me, I'd be more interested to know on how the profits are earned. I always want to know how is my money being used rather than merely investing blindly and look at the potential profit. I do trade in the stock market so I know for certain that such kind of growth is very achievable.
