What is DreamBoard?

I'm not saying it's better than Winterboard but what I like about Dreamboard is that you can switch theme in seconds (as stated above) and you don't need to install third party apps from cydia. Actually it's a little bit complicated than winterboard because it involves editing plist and creating your own icons.
