Just curious lang ba, akong nabantayan kong mag repair sa mga kalsada or maghimo...bisan unsa nga project sa government kay naa gyod nakabutang....(e.g. Men at Work dayon sa ubos naa dayon..Congressman De la Cruz, Kanang sa Waiting Shed naa gyod na....ug uban pa...)

Nakabantay naman guro mo ani pod...

Politicians they always want good publicity that's why they do that, they never knew that some,mostly all people are annoyed with these...its obviously a selfish action..trying to impress people that they have projects...but for me,its not impressive coz its part of their job, its a responsibility!!!

yes indeed, it's under Department Order 37 issued by DPWH Sec. Rogelio Singson last 2010 which provides for the revised Standard Project Billboard format which bans the use of the name or photo of any personality/politician. I think it's approved by Noynoy correct me if I'm wrong.
