Overall Responsibility:

The Sales Associate / Engineer is primarily responsible for actively driving and managing of the sales process and is able to convey the technical and business advantages of LEDs to the client.

He must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process and must be able to establish & maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Key areas of responsibility:
-Responsible for the development and delivery of product demonstrations to potential customers
-Able to respond to functional and technical elements of the products
-Manages and interprets customer requirements and is able to convey them to Cadet Engineer for lighting simulation
-Able to travel throughout sales territory
-Responsible for establishing new and maintaining customer relations
-Actively searches for potential clients who could benefit from company products maximizing customer potential in designated regions
-Responsible for negotiating and closing sales under the agreeing terms and conditions of the company

Qualifications:
-Graduate of technical related course from a reputable college or university
-3-5 years relevant experience in sales
-Aggressive and self-driven
-Must possess strong presentation skills
-Good command of the English language (written and oral) and is able to communicate professionally in responses to customer inquiries and when making reports
-Organized, analytical and is able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
-Willing to travel
-Experience and familiarity of LEDs and the line of business is a plus

We offer base salary plus commission and bonus.
