Pardon me for saying this but i might sound like a prejudice, hating hypocrite pero this is one thing Filipinos lack in terms of environment: knowledge.
Looking at Cebu alone, mauwaw nako sa mga pro-environment orgs. Philippines just sucks at it, and dapat daghan untang ma educate in the future with regards to this. We're still very naive. but again, we allow investors to take advantage of us man sad. Where else do you think does the money come? i dont think it's purely an investment from the pinoy owners of sm and what not.
