Try tanaw sa manual sa TV ug video card basin naa diha...

wala pud ko kibaw unsa nga HDMI cable akong gamiton

eenable daw imo HDMI sa Vcard basin naka disable by default na

enable man tingali ni kay ang computer nako maka detect man sa TV.
pero ang TV walay display.
ang complain sa TV kay "no connection daw".

Unsa ni imong "DVI to HDMI" ? Gamit kag DVI to HDMI converter then HDMI cable connected to the TV?

yep mao akong gi gamit.
to check if the HDMI cable is OK.

Ok then that rules out the HDMI cable as defective.. Assume nato na testingan nimo tanan HDMI ports sa imong TV sad? It could be a defective port sa imong videocard. If naa kay lain HDMI device dira mas maayo to rule out the videocard.
