I need your help, if you have apartments for rent or if you know anyone or saw and ad. I'm out of the country and I'm having a hard time looking for a place VIRTUALLY.

I am looking for an apartment (2 bedrooms) with provision for parking space, or spacious front yard. Preferably within the areas of Jackosalem, Sikatuna, Sepulveda, Mango Ave., Rahman St. and Ramos.

Budget is from 7k to 10k. Willing to make a deposit as soon as everything is agreed.

Most importantly, with a good Landlord/Land Lady and DILI mag maoy inig ma hubog. I'm paranoid with my current Cebu address so I need a more positive environment.
