Anything that is inserted in the female's (va####) reproductive organ that is not clean has a greater chance (but not all the time) of introducing harmful bacteria to the female, be it a finger, a tongue or an un-circumcised or circumcised (pe###) male reproductive organ.

Circumcision helps in maintaining hygiene in males but it does not mean that un circumcised males do not perform there own pre-s3x hygiene or washing....this is something that can be easily figured out by most adults,,,,,and this is also something that MUST be discussed in a mature and professional way in every s3x education topics
