I am looking for a virtual assistant who will work as my outsourced assistant. I am currently based in Manila so he/she will be based in Cebu. Work hours is Monday to Friday from 9PM to 6AM.
Work Description:
-answer calls from clients around the globe
-forward scheduled calls to my mobile number
-send emails/communicate with clients, brokers, and project managers
-schedule my appointments to clients
-make reports with current projects
-book airline tickets, and hotel reservations on my behalf
Qualifications:
-male or female
-at least 18 years old
-must have a pleasing personality
-must have finished 2 years in college with any course
-excellent English communication skills
-computer literate and must know how to use MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, and Database
-must be able to work under pressure
-can work at home or from an internet cafe
Benefits:
-
Php 15,000 per month
-with government mandated benefits
-monthly bonus given if performance is above expectations
-Work related expenses like computer rental will be paid
-may travel with me around the Philippines when needed
