Best Android Phones Per Price Range

I am interested in an Android phone, but let's face it, not all of us are as well informed as some elite few.
I would like to ask for feedbacks/suggestions on the best android phones per price range.

Also, I think it would be a GREAT idea if there was a sticky thread composed of EXPERTS here at istorya which maintains a thread/sticky which lists the BEST phones, which will be updated continuously depending on changes in price range and/or introduction of a new phone.

We can all agree that each is entitled to their opinion, but I would rather have someone's opinion that this phone is indeed good, rather than just buying based on going to the store and be sales-talked. The thread should be technicalities to a MINIMUM, and intended audience is for normal users who want to get best bang for their buck. Albeit of course, the hard-core techies can also join in on the discussion and perhaps influence the ratings.

TLDR: Have a thread which is updated consistently regarding best phones per price range, by phone experts here in istorya.

So, please help me with your opinions, best android phones at the ff price ranges..

Lisod mani TS coz lain2x man gud ang preference sa mga phone users... Naa pa jud loyalty issues sa mga brands... Some prefer hardware specs... some kay features... other kay ang UI... Like me, I would fill those price range with Sony Xperias... Mainly for their elegant timescape UI... and its slow price depreciation rate... unlike sa mga SAMSUNG, LG, and NOKIA... nga dali ra ma luma imong phone kay daghan newer models nag sirit2x ug release... then dali ra moubos ang price value pud...

Mao ni akong mga nakit-an nga presyo, sa mall mahalx2 gamay pero these are the lowest prices I've seen around town.

Below 10k : Samsung Galaxy Ace(9,999), LG Optimus NET(8,999).
10-15K : Sony Xperia Ray (13K) Samsung Galaxy W (15K), LG Optimus Black (15K), HTC Desire HD (15K), Cherry Mobile Magnum 2X (15K).
16-20K : HTC Sensation (18-20K), LG Optimus 2x (18-20K), Samsung Galaxy R (20K)
21-25K: Samsung Galaxy S II (22K) , Sony Xperia S (23K) , Motorola RAZR (22K)
25-30K : Samsung Galaxy Note (29K) , Motorola RAZR MAXX (27K)

agree.. the UI is super smooth

Google Nexus S- daghan kaau ug custom rom and kernels. but i dont think available ni sa cell shops. bought this sa globe.

Would rather you create your own thread, then consistently maintain it.. I am sure it will really be useful and referred by a lot. I dunno if mentioning shop names is illegal (promoting/advertising) but it would be helpful especially if it's unbiased.

Gamay ra akong ma contribute, for low end check out Samsung Galaxy Y or the Lenovo A60-DualSIM andriod phone, personally I dli ko mo consider ug middle end andriod phones a worthy purchase, its either you go low end or high end.

As of now everything revolves on what the price the Galaxy S2 is set at then dira nimo e compare imong other option, since it is the best andriod phone out ( aside from the Galaxy Nexus ). Compare ka dira when it comes to software support, 'moddability' and warranty.. currently pabor kaayo ang samsung gyud for warranty kay ang service center naa ras SM nya dili na required e bilin imong phone when mag order sila ug parts, if you go with HTC,Sony,LG.. hasol kaayo ang warranty.. not that they are bad brands but they dont offer anything better than samsung yet.

Ana, dream kaau nku maka Galaxy S2 tungod sa specs Dual Core pero wa pa magdugay sa wishlist mo gawasay nasad ni mga hinampak: Quad Core Android phone running ICS with better RAM, Speed and GPU
HTC One X with NVIDIA Tegra 3
Huawei Ascend D Quad
ZTE Era quad-core Android 4.0

for sure mosunod nasad ng Sony, Samsung ug LG (and for sure uwahi nasad ng Sony ^^)
well if somewhere along the way ma ubos 15k ang Samsung Galaxy S2 why not it be nice to be able to run Zenonia 4 and Android apps present karon but at that time uwahi nasad sa tech to play Zenonia 5 to x for quad core.
