this is what i mean "Secure an electrical permit from the Office of the Building Official (OBO), in your area." from step one of that link. before you can have a permit from obo you have to acquire those requirements. that's what im looking for.

signed and sealed electrical plan (20x30 blueprint). but you really have to go to obo because you will have to get an electrical permit form that you as the applicant should sign and a duly registered electrical engineer. if you really want to have that permit done, drop whatever that makes you busy and go to obo.
