    Default pros and cons amino 2222


    kadto nakatry na ani? share sa inyo experience... ask lng pud ko how many minutes itake ni before and after magwork out? naay bawal nga food itake if mag.use ani? someone told me bawal daw coffee. sakto ba?

    basing in my experience bro dagkoan ra gyd kau ko sa ila tablet as in grabe gyd maglisod ko og tulon i have to cut it in half pa para lng ma swallow nako. the only results i saw was the acne growing on my back mao pd nah ang reaction sa ako system with regards to amino dats why ako nlng gi undang og take gi baligya nlng nko sa ako friend. i'd stil prefer whey protein bro (optimum nutrition) la pa ko bugasa tapos makita ra pd ang result...just my two cents on the product bro..

    yeah grabe jud ka dako. pero maka tulon ra man pud ko. 1 take before workout.

    Thanks bro... been using whey for 2-3 months na pero wala man epekto sa akoa mao nitry ko ani amino 2222. dagko jud tinuod ang tablets pero antuson nlng, observe ra nako if epektibo ba pud ni.

    ako kauban sa balay nagwork out gamit niya amino dagko kaayo tablets iya sa i chew una ..effective kay dali ra butod iyang muscles.

    amino acid 2222 by On, mora man dili epektibo, been using the tab for three months & taking two tabs a day but i didn't see any build-up of muscle neither significant (muscular) weight. A friend of mine suggested that at least 6 tabs should be taken daily - two for every meal period, before you start & end your meals (B'fast, Lunch & Dinner) but that sounds too much (is it?). I'm thinking of finishing up these tablets & move to another brand - looking at muscletech whey protein, but that would be another thread.
