pls help my ipod3g went black!! :(

after updating my cydia it prompts na "refresh springboard" then ako gi tap then it went to the black screen with loading symbol and it stayed like that. Now the loading wheel is still turning for almost 4hrs na.. I did everything na i-press ang on/off button ug home button at the same time.. wala ghapon ni respond.. ako gi try ug sync sa itunes mo recognize pman ang itunes sa akong ipod... hope naay maka tabang nako.. thanks![/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]

thanks.. Na okay na but the problem nsad karon kay "We apologize for the inconvenience, but springboard has justcrashed. Mobile Substrate /did not/ cause this problem. It has protected you from it.." I cant remember unsa to na install pag update sa cydia ganina

naka safe mode na nuon akong ipod.. I don't know how to fix this

@jailbreak--- pwede diay na ma back up sa itunes ang mga cracked apps?? thanks! btw, akong firmware kay 3.1.3 ..i found the culprit yesterday.. ang winterboard diay ang cause, kay akong previous na version kay 0.9.3901 nya na update mn nako accidentally to 0.9.3903..mao ni safe mode sya ...possiible ba na maka download ko ug balik sa 0.9.3901 version na winterboard? or dili na? kay ni back to normal akong ipod dili a mabutangan ang homescreen ug wall paper sa lock screen nlang sya pwede after i removed the winterboard

salamat... ^_^
