    unsa FSB nimo??

    at stock speed

FSB nimo is 266 x 4 (intel uses quad pumped bus) =1064mhz

    try bringing it to 300 x 4 = 1200mhz

your kingston DDR2 can support upto 400 but to reach 400 you need better cooling.

    hmmm..

your memory might be a bottleneck set it to 667 Mhz before trying to up the FSB, ang setting the CAS to a higher value will help

looks like you have an older NForce chipset, nforce4? if i am not mistaken. dont force it to overclock since it has FSB scaling limitations. The best chipsets now are the intel 965 and nforce 680i when overclocking. they also support 1333 FSB strap

and i suggest not to overclock when the gains are insignificant
    stability is much important sowee
