    unsa pnaka nindot na supplement para padako biceps? 2yrs nko workout pro gmay ra ako na gain sa ako biceps..need help and i need to know kng naa side effects pra kabaw ko sa risk :mrgreen:

    whey protein is good enough.
    just maybe need to work out on the biceps more.
    negatives are very important; it's also good if you have a spotter with you. ^_^

    Negatives. The opposite of a contraction movement, when you resist as you go back to the resting point in a rep. In a standing barbell bicep curl, its the movement when the barbell is near your shoulder to the point it goes near your hip/quads. Ambot effective ba gyud ni.

    BTW, kinsay naka try ug mass supplements? I know theyre LOADED with calories pero just wanna know your experiences. Dali ba gyud kaau ni makatambok?

    Optimum Nutrition ako gamit na Whey protein! lami pud! hehe it will cost u around 3-4K / 5lbs na bottle. I also tried Cell-tech(creatine).. Ni dako ko sa whey pero mas ni dako ko sa creatine.. make sure lang na gaining imong program sa gym para sulit imong g.buy sa supplements...

    daghan available.. nitric oxide, creatine, whey protein etc.. pero these wont work kung magsalig ka nila.. as wat p chan said... kaon jud ug tarong.. food that are rich in protein and carbs for muscle bulk.. sakto nga tulog.. ug hardcore training..
