there should be like that in Pinas cause that's the fashion statement these days sa mga hosiery. Check out Ebay i saw lots of that there morag mostly Japan or Hongkong. Here in the States, daghan na kaayo ron kay nauso man ang leggings, tights, footless over long shirts nga puede sab dress. It looks really cute.
