Hahaha. Depende rman na. Naay F21, naay Parfois. International brands are already emerging in the Philippines. You are not paying for the quality clothing but instead, you are paying for its brand name which holds class.

Forever21 is not considered an expensive clothing brand, IMO. If you want to go for a clothing brand na expensive, but makaya ra, you can for Guess, Cotton On, 7FAM, Topshop. But if you want those really expensive names, then you can choose from Gucci, Chanel, Prada, Armani, Marc Jacobs, Dior, Fendi, Versace and Valentino (source: Top 10 Most Expensive Clothing Brands BTW apil pud ang Guess sa Top 10).

To add: Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Escada, Harmont & Blaine, and many others...
