--- URGENT! Hiring Designers for Freelance Work ---


I'm actively on the search for designers who can competently meet client demands, especially since this particular business will be implementing a progressively heavy workload. This is strictly an online job, but I prefer to tap into designers within Cebu.


Must be: Competent in Adobe Photoshop (optional: Illustrator). Creative. Reasonably experienced. Easily accessible for communication purposes.

What will be provided: The client's description of what he/she wants, website links and resources images, if available.

What will be expected: The resulting image in .jpg format and its PSD source file. High quality and professionalism are also a MUST.


Some of these clients are companies or private entrepreneurs, so advertising design may be involved. Also, up to 2 revisions may be requested by the client. A starting workload of 1-3 orders daily will be implemented, and gradually adjusted according to the designer's efficiency. Deadlines are by the day, and client approval and feedback may take a few days after sending the files.


Pay will be on a per order basis, with each order possibly taking 30 mins - 3 hours, depending on how the designer works. Rates and other details will be personally discussed.
