its unfair to compare cebu from other parts of the philippines.. its a mismatch kay sa manila naa tanan didto ang kwarta ug equipments to start right away the construction compared sa cebu..

if u compare construction pud sa davao medyo makasulti jud kag_________ kay sa davao every month naay bago nga building gipangtukod ug kasagaran mga building na gipangtukod didto run kay High Rise jud bya.. pinaka low end na ang 10 floors didto run.. the highest tallest reported is 27 storey condominium.

what manila has can be done in cebu....and it would be the same as it is the other way around....
