Bro that was a SARCASTIC comment , just wondering why you are asking for an AGE REQUIREMENT thats all . Expected salary sir ? Hehehe .... my experience involves in a semi- fine dining environment and a high volume restaurant covering and area of 350 to 400 tables with the beer garden that caters all kinds of cooking like BAKING , GRILLING , BOILING , SAUTEE , BROILING . That kind of job description must be compensated in the Philippines cost of living somewhere in the 50's to 80's K as a CHEF and not as a cook . Cook could be twice as half as that .

WHat you need to do is provide a description of your resto and if you need a COOK or a CHEF .

It is not bragging but a reality . It all started only as a SARCASTIC comment because I dont get why a need of AGE is part of the requirement . The older the employee the more expensive it is ? I'll give you a breakdown so your resto operations department will be successfull sir .

- employees are being paid for what they are worth . What they are worth is based on EXPERIENCE and EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT and knowledge of the job description .

- in a business where like yours as an example , hire people with EXPERIENCED only and avoid the ones with the educastion aron makatipid ka . They can be up to 60 years old as you wish point is 16 or 60 it dont matter as long as the job can get done right the first time . There is always room for improvement and that would also include the owners and company itself .

CHEF are cooks while COOKS will never be CHEFS . Get the drift bai ? Its like GENERALS in the ARMY are still soldiers and so are privates also but they will never be generals as long as they are privates in ranking . It is not complicated , it is the understanding of probably one of the worlds most abused word .
