Terms and Conditions:
1. All the balloon packages posted will be done and arranged at venue by the owners.

2. BOOK YOUR EVENTS 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE..

3. Down payment of 50% is required for booking of the event date and for ordering of materials from suppliers. (Event will not be considered booked unless client has already made the 50% down payment. First come, first served basis.) An acknowledgement form will be given to the client once the downpayment has been made and a delivery receipt upon full payment.

4. The 50% balance should be paid on or before the event date.

5. Payment Options: CASH (Upon booking AND on or before the event date for the balance.)

6. FREE DELIVERY if you get any of these packages within Mandaue City & Lapu-lapu City

7. Additional PHP 200 Delivery Charge if outside Mandaue & Lapu-lapu City.

8. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

9. NO REFUND policy -- once you have given us your down payment & you wish to cancel your booking.
