Automotive shop that specializes/checks surplus cars? help?

Yo!

Guys I need your help, I've bought a surplus car, It'll arrive (hopefully) here in Cebu City by mid-March.

The engine is ok...but I have an awfull feeling that everything else isn't

Can anyone recommend an automotive shop here in Cebu City that can:

- check the conversion process if it was done right.

- to correct/organize/re-wire the wiring in the dashboard...I think they made a mess of things here =/ the special retractable mirrors won't work when i visited the car today. They said that I should have it fixed na lang here in Cebu City...didn't argue anymore because I want my partner car away from that place.

- to re-touch the paint job done by the seller...there are some small defects on the paint..and the seller has no intention of redoing it =/

- basic maintenance on the car...namely change all the liquids flowing inside the car.

- hood insulation and partial re-upholstery...the trunk needs refurbishing...the insulator under the hood needs retouching/replacing too =/

Any shops you guys have in mind? Specialty on converted Turbo AWD cars is a plus so that they'll be familiar when they see the car.

Thanks in advance....what I'm feeling right now is that my car was neglected for some time under the sellers shop without properly finishing what's need to be done.

Whoever helps will be a "Ninong" to my partner car and I'll be in debt to whoever helps me on this endeavor
