Brad og mga sis. Help me decide asa nindot nga company nga maka apply ta nya with good compensation sad? I've been in the BPO industry for more than 5 years nah with different companies nasad. I'm planning to apply sa uban call center like direct access,eBPO, Customer Benefit Services (CBS in keppel), ePerformax.

Asa man ko ani nila?. Or naa mo ma recommend dha?

got friends from these companies:

direct access:
-naa ku friend nagwork as virtual assistant (18k-salary). yahay dw. but i think they're hiring sales execs. this week ku mi-agi.

eBPO:
-naa ku friend na former employee dra. ok ra man. hinay lng dw ang server connection. wa ku kbw salary.

CBS:
-naa ku friend nga ga-work dra. dali ra siya nadawat for training (2weeks). sales man na sila. kabasa ku sa script and what ela gi-offer, sayun ra. after two weeks pag-ok emu sales, job offer. naay 10k signing bonus. tapos 16k ang salary plus commissions. 3 sales per night.no absences lng jud.

ePerformax:
-naa ku friends dra: former employee (female) and current HR staff (male). 5 digits ang salary. yaw lang sige absent ug k-late. bsta lng ma-certify ka sa training, floor na dw ka.according to other threads, easy to apply dw.

Nindot lagi nang CBS sure jud nang salary nga 16k? I thought 10k ang basic diha. DIli man sad ko absenot. sulayan nako na diha.. Sa eperformax naa sad ko friend nga QA 12600 ang basic. plus bonuses. Pero gamaya rasad sa basic man gud.

Nag text sad nako ang CLUB LUICHI for interview ko. Don't know if tinood ba nga basic salary kay 12k - 30k daw. Morag sales man guro ni.
