that line from our old people saying "sinulog is praying to sto.niño" is not there anymore....at least it's not in the streets on the 2nd/3rd week of january.....it's only when mo-palit ka ug kandila nga i-sayaw sa imong gi-palitan....they thank to god for you....and they thank you for buying candles from them....

nakabasa man gud ko sa pikas thread... "photogs during sinulog" .... daghan reklamo regarding sa kung unsa na ka commercialized ang sinulog. which is true. mao na suya kaayo ko sa ila festival ngadto.

dili ko against sa sponsorhsip sa mga festival, kay cgurado wala ta festivals kung wala'y sponsor.

- suya rako sa ila festival kay cge ko browse sa mga pics, la gyud ko'y nakit.an nga ads/brand. mao ng festival, imu mata ma focus sa ga-parade, dili sa ga-advertised.
