You want facts about the Ouanos? They are the most vindictive humanbeings on earth. They would not hesitate to terminate someone working at the City hall who is loyal to the the other side.
I remember I went home Christmas of 92, which was Papa's ( Late Mayor Demetrio Cortes) last christmas before he died. One day, I came home from making "laag-laag", I saw Papa lying on the coach staring at I don't know what. I came and lay next to him then asked him what was wrong. He said that he was just thinking about the Ouanos. ....kon naa ba kuno na silay konsensiya? I asked what brought these thoughts up. Papa replied that a man who was one of those fired from cityhall came to visit him to greet him a merry christmas.The man told him that after being fired for being associated with Papa's group, things really went bad for him and his family as in "nakulban gyud sila sa kun". I remember this really bothered Papa so much.

Now, with Teddy, Jonas mentioned that the exact same thing is going on. What Teddy's father did to those loyal to Papa, is exactly what Teddy is doing to those loyal to Jonas. I'm not saying we are perfect cause nobody's perfect but we have what the Ouanos don't have....conscience!
