yes u can play movies to your psp but make sure to convert your videos to psp video format. I'm using Total Video Convert to convert them.
games? if your psp supports homebrew games you can simply copy iso or cso games to your psp iso folder.
try downloading games from http://psp-free-games.blogspot.com and paste the downloaded iso/cso file to your iso folder. hope this helps.
