asus m5a78l-m lx + amd athlon x3 450. nag set-up ko ug cafe with thesame specs, and ive noticed that not all PC unlocked its core to 4, some are only 3.

QUESTIONS:
1. Ingon ani ba judni, dili tanan mo unlock?
2. is there any way?

1. BIOS updated (latest)
2. initial BIOS was all thesame

Basin lain na sila nga batch. But you can try to raise the vcore by 1-2 notches higher.

check ang numbering... x3's starting with a AD has locked l3 ug 4th core, x3's starting with AS has locked 4th core only... usually masdaghan kuno AD nga maunlock, even then gamay ra japon chances like 2 out 10 cpus?... i personally have an x3 450 = bad 4th core, settled for an OC...pyter kau muOC ang x3

hahah, in short bro, chances ra maunlock ang 4th core sa athlon ii x3...

akoang x3 daot ang 2nd core so 3 ra jud ko...athlon ii x3 (and phenom ii x3) are made from quad cores originally, athlon x3 is made by reject nga quad core nga naay daot nga core so 3 ra ga function... naa poy uban nga gi-palong ang usa ka core sa quad para mahimong 3 <<< mao ning maunlock to 4 cores which is slim ang chances.

check pud ang temps..

mas kusog gyud nisaka ang TDP sa akoang Phenom II x2 555BE pag unlock nahimo nang 125W from 95W...
