wristwatch for hairy person

Hi! my friend kay hairy iyang arm and wrist but he wants to wear a wristwatch.

leather straps don't work kay he's a bit sweaty so u know, mu smelly ang strap because of sweat, acidity and etc.
stainless straps don't work kay mapiit ang iyang hair in between so sakit.

any suggestions? kanang tried and tested.
