iTech sells opened not brand new items

Well i have just purchased a PS Vita from iTech SM in Cyberzone. I am a nub when it comes to purchasing playstations, i had bought a phat version when i was in college. But the activation wasnt handled by me. I purchase the item for CASH payment and they give me an item that has been opened. I asked, is this brand new, can u give me something thats NEWLY opened from the box and the girl replies, yes this is brand new, so she showed me the accessories and added it on the dam thing. i paid, and yes i was stupid to not realize that the PS Vita cannot be activated without asking for ur email or creating a PSN account. So i got home, was in a hurry because i was also doing groceries with family. I got home and to my surprise, the PSN is registered to some cool_fine1@yahoo.com account. i was outraged, i cannot purchase psn points, i cannot log in to my own gaming purchasing account, because this faker has already ACTIVATED IT. plus, previous searches are of a known scandal which means it has been used as DEMO? or toy in the store and it is not brand new, it has been played with and or returned by a previous buyer. i will go there tomorrow to get a new one because i simply cannot even change the settings i have to get that other person's account password. WOW. jsut WOW. next time u guys buy in iTech make sure ur not noob enuff so they will not fak u up with used items. thanks for ur time and i hope when i go tomorrow, they will fix this up .

Format memory stick? I mean I heard something nga pede maka-log in ka with your account.. I think it's format. But in the first place, laina sad kaayo. Bahala pa tingali ug ma-format nimo, naa ju'y kalahi-an sa 'pre-owned' ug brand new. Baliki lang tingali ang store or contact management about sa nahitabo. If okay ra para nimo ang tanan, call SONY or contact them, I'm sure they will help you. Enjoy Handheld gaming!
