I have been on and off sa gym but am getting my "gym mode" back into gear and am asking around for tips on this..i tried using xenadrine efx last quarter of 06 and lost weight but when i got sick ni stop ko gym (by the way di to side effect)..program nako kay toning.so need all the help i can get to tone down..kinda tipping the scale ko ron...
pls help out a brother in need..wahehehehehe
