Red Ribbon Cerification of LTO Drivers License

Guys, Good Day!

We are planning to migrate to Canada sometime this year and one of the agents said na kailangan daw mangau ko og Certification with Red Ribbon stamp of my Drivers license para ma credit akong driving experience when i apply for a Drivers license in Canada.

Question:
- Unsay requirements ang kinahanglan?
- I got my Drivers license in LTO Butuan city Mindanao, ok raba nga dri ko sa cebu mukuha og certification?
- How long would it possibly take to get the certification?
- Pila sad ang bayad? if possible.

Also, sa mga naka experience na og kuha pde ko mangau og advice/opinion ninyo bahin ani?

Akong nahibaw.an anang red ribbon bro kay para mana sa mga Diplomats or naay business in a certain country or Consultants sa mga dagko nga company, Mo gawas ug sulod nalang diri sa Pinas nga wala nay daghan pangutana ang Immigration ana.... Actually pwede man ka kakuha ana sa Philippine Embassy kung naa naka sa gawas.. It takes months na sya bro ang process ana.

Well with regards kung magkuha ka anang License sa gawas depende man cguro na sa Country, In asian countries kay LTO license diri & then take exam dd2 ana raman ka simple..
