issues:
1) the swing for airflow (left to right) is not working
2) one the plastic cover snap-in part is broken, apply clear tape adhesive will fix it.
Condition:
in good cooling condition
quiet and cool
how old? i don't know exactly , my estimate is 2 to 3 years old
