1 bedroom apartment / spacious studio room!

Hoping it's close to USC-TC.

Preferably:
- own CR
- no curfew/allows visitors anytime
- tiled, screened windows
- personal kitchenette
- sala (if bedroom is separate)
- space for large aircon

Just looking for a relatively big space for 2 people.
