We are currently looking for a Technical Manager


Salary starts at $10/hour, 5 days a week work

The person who fills this position will be responsible for fulfillment of work orders. In meeting this responsibility, this person will:

• Communicate with clients primarily though email and a service portal, but occasionally by phone
• Prepare HTML and plain text emails using specified technical design principles from client provided copy, images, and directions
• Convert various kinds of structured document (Word, RTF, Layered PSD, etc) into HTML templates
• Clean and import list data
• Clean, re-size, convert, and upload graphics
• Become expert on the use of MakesBridge's various forms of static and dynamic campaigns and their application to meet sales process automation
• Manage work order in compliance with uniform procedures and narrow time constraints

Additionally, this person also:

• Use excellent spoken language skills to respond to customer support calls
• Assist Client's users by troubleshooting problems, offering solutions, and providing enhanced training
• Promote MCS and other MSB add-on services
• Maintain records of service calls and assist in the building and expansion of a knowledge base for use by both support staff and customers

Skills Required:

• Strong written English language skills
• Strong HTML coding skills
• A deep understanding of CSS
• Graphics conversion tool experience
• An ability to learn and adapt as the toolset changes
• Problem solving/logic skills (generation of workflows and campaigns from English descriptions of goals)
• Customer service oriented approach
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines.

Really Nice to Have:

• Strong spoken English language skills
• Team leadership skills or potential to be a Manager
