FOr those who are really2x tight on the budget and wants to make their own rig... which would be better....

• Brand New Procie with 2nd Hand Motherboard or Refurbished Motherboard
• 2nd Hand Procie with Brandnew motherboard

like for photoshop ginagmay or even a build na mapaslakan lang ug at least 4g ram... pero if given to choose between the two ba.... i know daghan barato na rigs like kana imo pasabot (I-pm nya nako ang build ana hahaha) pero if given to choose between the two lang which one would be better?

i prefer 2nd hand tanan unless lang if ang price sa 2nd hand gamay ra difference sa brand new...
