Better read their financial statements first before buying. The company is valued between 40 ~ 60 billion usd, and it will issue about 10 billion to the public. I'm not sure if 10bilion is already the majority shares though. They are planning to raise this amount to protect them from major competitions like Google Inc and Twitter..

The buy decision I think should based on the their financial statement.
