How to report to DOLE

My previous company did not remit my SSS,Philhealth and Pag-ibig. I need to know how to report them because after 4 months that they ended my contract, they did not release my last salary. They keep on promising that they will release it the next week and so on.

go to DOLE office and ask for legal advice............

call ka na lang muna sa office nila... para when you go there prepare ka na sa mga documents..

and alam ko sa SSS ibang kaso naman yun.. pwede ka rin mag file ng complain dun.. basta you have proof na they deducted it from your salary...
