rusting kitchen utensils.. What to do?

I'd experience rusting of my kitchen utensils which is quite unusual coz I bought stainless utensils and its only about 1 week old.. and I notice that all pipes in our apartment get rust easily... how to deal with this? Maybe its because of the water quality here?

yung knife set is Kris brand yung Pots and pans Sunnex... huhuhu... In Manila we used the same brand but we never experience rusting....
