* College graduate of any course, preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management
* At least (3) years of working experience in restaurant operations, two (2) years of which in supervisory or managerial capacity;
* Good grasp of overall restaurant operations
* Strong leadership potentials and keen on details
* Excellent interpersonal skills and moderately conversant in English
SOUS CHEF
* College graduate of any course related to culinary arts
* Five (5) years of working experience in kitchen production of a reputable hotel, three (3) years of which in supervisory capacity
* Good communication and leadership skills,
* Above average interpersonal skills
