Receiving an unfair negative feedback. How do you remove it?

i got one. for what? i thought feedbacks are for buying and selling. this is unfair. i'm getting burn badly here. i bought a very poor quality cellphone here. i tried again and someone tried to con me with his "perfect condition" condition cellphone. never gave those sellers negative feedback. and now i got one for no apparent reason at all.

try talking to those people who you have contacted with. try resolving your issues with the seller.

lol. i don't explain very well. the buying thing is another problem. sorry i didn't mean to be so confusing.

here my problem:
actually, i posted an ad here: https://www.istorya.net/forums/index.php?topic=114968.0 and this supposedly interested buyer (cebu6) put a negative feedback on me . reason was "textsan dili mu reply! BAD cheta!!". have not receive a single text from him at all. it caught me by surprise. he didn't even pm me. hahay....

try to add to your post of your availability so that people would understand where and what your daily activities are.

and, tell "cebu6" to re-evaluate his spelling the next time he post his feedback. as a forum rule, NO TEXT-SPEAK.

same with me... Wala pa jud reason. Ang nakapait pa kay wala mi nagkainteract sukad. Wind Shear ang user name! I PM'd this person for reason but wala man reply.

i hope there's a way to improve the feedback system here. i noticed that you can receive feedbacks from people who post on your thread not from someone who had real transaction with you.

usahay naa man jud ana na member dre abi na gyud tong mga way lingaw...pero dont mind them nalang sis kay important is wala ka gbuhat na dautan to them...sakit bitaw pod usahay na taka lang ug comment bout ur item bisan wala pa kakita...ana jud na business sis..matira ang matibay!!!

Ms Baby_jenie is right and a feedback is supposed to be a "feedback" after the business or trade has been done.

please let know who are these members who are not following this simple rule.
