SmartBro and Windows 7 compatibility

one of my friend have this model MF190 w/c has a problem running on windows 7 ultimate.
i am working this for about 2 days and till now i haven't found yet the right driver.
i also tried the recommended settings but still no luck. To check that the modem is also working i tried it into 3 different PC's w/c is also using the same operating system and it works fine and that's make me wonder.
Same ra man unta sila og OS why it doesnt work on my friend's PC. Gi try naku globe tattoo sa iyang PC ok ra man sad. What do you think?

basin sa usb port ang deperensya. try saksak lain device sa usb port kung i detect ba,

try hulbota tanan mga naka saksak sa mga ports basin dli ka daug pag naay isaksak lain sa mga ports (lagpas nani, pero possible)

last option i reformat ang PC gamiti ug lain OS, or try sag tan-aw iyang pC basin naay missing driver ana para sa mga usb divice nga maka detect ug 2.0 post lang dri kung mao ghapon ang sakit bai naa pay daghan makatambag nimo.

thanks ramini. yes lagpas gyud ako nana gibuhat gisuwayan nana naku. gisuwayan naku og lain nga device ning detect man ang panuway. 12 ni kabuok available usb ports 2 sa front then 10 sa back. nanghuwam ko og globe tattoo ning detect man

Hey bro,

Just follow these simple steps.

1. First, unplug the SMARTBRO device and uninstall completely in the Windows Program Manager (located in the Control Panel) the previously installed SMARTBRO program. (If you have installed it earlier and it failed to detect signal or having other problems).

2. Plug-in the SMARTBRO Modem Device. Wait for the AUTOPLAY DIALOGUE BOX to appear.

3. Do not click AUTORUN, rather click OPEN FOLDER TO VIEW FILES.

4. Once the window appears, go inside the INSTALLER FOLDER by double clicking it.

5. Right-click SETUP and click TROUBLESHOOT COMPATIBILITY just below Run as Adminsitrator.

6. Allow it to detect issues, it would take about 10-30 seconds. If it takes longer, be patient.

7. Click TRY RECOMMENDED SETTINGS, then it will proceed to RESOLVING ISSUES activity and finally it will recommend a setting that best suits the program.

8. Click START THE PROGRAM. Follow-on the installer's regular commands to complete the install.

9. After installing, you may now test the SMARTBRO plug-in device software to connect to the internet. There should be no more problems detecting the signal and the sim.

10. Click NEXT in the COMPATIBILITY DIALOGUE BOX and click YES, SAVE THESE SETTINGS FOR THIS PROGRAM and you are done...

depende sa location bro then depende pud na sa time kung unsa ka orasa ninggamit.
