Toshiba Portege M900 shuts down right after Windows starts loading

guys, mangayo unta ko sa inyong mga opinion kung unsa sa tanaw ninyu ang problema.

my toshiba portege m900 shuts down the moment mag load pa lang ang windows AND this only happens during the first boot up for the day.

details:

in the morning, i turn it on, first time it was turned on for the day, then the moment na mag load and windows (vista - loading bar / windows 7 - kanang mo sidlak na ang windows logo) then it will shutdown completely.

when i turn it again, mo sud na siya sa windows (of course i get the error na windows was not shutdown properly...... so i just select "start normally" then ok na), then i can use my laptop normally.

i doubt it's a software issue kay the same thing happened when on windows 7 and when on the default OS vista (i ran factory recovery to see if it helps but same problem happened).

i also ran memtest and ran diagnostics on the HDD using seatools, ok man wah may errors...

unsa kaha ang problema ani sah? i think it's with a certain hardware device somewhere/somehow na when windows loads the driver for that particular device, it crashes the whole system...

by the way, mo sud siya drtso sa windows kung safe mode, dili siya mamatay even if it's first start up for the day...

the big question now is which hardware is most likely at fault here... appreciate your inputs guys...

maybe ram problem na boss..im not quite sure..mag BSOD ang imo laptop?

toshiba issues hardisk and hardware.naa ra ana sa duha..

wah may BSOD so far bro, kanang first on ra jud for the day mamatay og kalit kung mag load na ang windows... wah man sad siya errors sa memtest for 3 passes.

murag hardware na jud lagi ni guro bro ang problema kung unsa nga hardware mismo ang hard disk ok man siya sa seatools nga DOS, though hitachi ang hard disk niya pero ni pasar man sa seatools

duda ko sa hdd imho, try swaping it out. see if you get the same results..

^ yup bro... nag reformat nako to default OS niya using the recovery partition, ni shutdown gihapon siya...

gabii akong gibalik og windows 7 unya under further observation pako kay ako gi try og ac adapter lang walay battery naka connect... so far wala pa ni re-occur ang problema, though i don't really see it as a battery issue just yet... by the way, good pa ang battery ani niya mo last pa og more than 1 hour... i actually thought nga low bat lang siya kadtong first nako siya na observe nga ni shutdown but then pag sulod sa windows 80% pa man diay ang battery...

will keep you posted in the next few days...

update:

just reconnected the battery and turned it on for the day, namatay na pud og kalit.... battery charge level is at 80% pa.... possible ba nga battery ang nag cause ani? can't see the link man gud... suwayan na pud nako ugma without the battery kung d ba gihapon mamatay...

kung naa pay warranty, ipa-warranty lang... basin naay problem ang mainboard.
