How would you know that the company you are working is the RIGHT one? Unsa man imoha basis para maka-ingon ka nga 'This is it!'? Sometimes, it is not the company but your mindset. But mo-agree ko nga dapat mangita ka kung asa ka compatible in the sense nga nalingaw ka, nakat-on ka, mo fit imo personality ug ma maximize imoha potential. Even if it means a job that is not in line with your course. Even if it means not following the fad.

i believe that the perfect company is your very own company. 'been on the same road TS. job hopping won't solve a thing unless you know what you really want.

yung goal ko when i was an employee was to get out of employment. kaya at start pa lang, i saved, kahit pa di me masaya sa work, ok lang kasi yung mind ko was set na matatapos din yung work and i'll be my own boss really soon.

ikaw TS, do you see yourself being an employee forever? if so, how do you see yourself being a successful employee? yan kasi mali ng marami. lage na lang company sinisisi. ok na nga yung company, tagaan na ka ug work, naa pa jud salary. hehe..
