Default Investors for Fish Pond Upgrade

I am looking for investors for fishpond upgrade to increase productivity and efficiency. That means, upgrade from the traditional method of fish farming to high-density RAS(reciculating aquaculture system). Investment required is 1.5 to 2 Million Php. Area 1 Hectare- pilot project preferably located in Cebu, Lapu-Lapu. Expected payback 2 to 3 years. System is designed to be green or environmentally friendly, sustainable and renewable.

Technical discussions together with my proprietary designs can be verified in Mactan, Cebu with my prototype. For interested parties please email. joel.mactan_aquaponics@yahoo.com

Default RAS - Recirculating Aquaculture System - Filipino version

Some clarification about Recirculating Aquaculture System -

Kindly communicate with me through my email joel.mactan_aquaponics@yahoo.com or sms me your email address 09228047056 for details. Please understand that the sensitivity of my prototype design is something I cannot just discuss outright and I consider it as my invaluable intellectual property (IP). You are right about RAS in the USA- It is very very expensive. I have already communicated with US suppliers and more or less know the extent because of the controls and instrumentations that they provide.

However, there is always a way around to it, the “Filipinized Version" that I developed to make it financially viable and within a very reasonable payback period. My background in mechanical engineering-having worked with automation and instrumentation enabled me to help come up with working model - a very practical "Filipinized" solution.

There are so many ingenious ways of approaching the situation and depend on the budget. In other words, we may not be able to show a US manufactured - fancy speed boat to cross the islands, but we can still make do with our pump-boat. We may not arrive as fast but we will get there in time. My Filipinized version is akin to the pump-boat, while our present method is using the paddeled-bangka – using man or sail power. Nevertheless, we have to move to the next level if our country has to advance. Using the motorized bangka will obviously require a “little understanding” of how to operate it, but with Filipino ingenuity, the rest will be history. Teach our people how to fish and they can eat for a lifetime.

With the manufacturing process simplified and backyard tools with localized raw materials readily available only our imagination is the limit as we can try to see what fish, what water and what mix and match we can do, or how we are going to make it a plug-play thing. The rest is child’s play.

In effect, we can use “backyard-technology” to approach commercial or industrial level of efficiency and productivity by tweaking and innovating and substituting on expensive equipment and devices then drive the cost down.

This is no rocket science, but we can use the principles-processes to achieve close to the same objectives using our indigenous God give materials without having to settle for the first cost of investment with very very costly equipment-devices. Vietnam, Thailand, etc., our neighbors are doing that. They were educated in the Philippines are now we are the most backward among our neighbors.

Default Re: Investors for Fish Pond Upgrade

Vietnam is producing 5 Billion USD on fish exports - without sending an OFW. Hi-density fish production is no rocket science. Our neighbors learned fish production in the Philippines and now exporting fish. Philippines is exporting people-treated like fish, hence, if our people could produce fish they do not need to sell themselves or their services.

I think you need to channel your concerns to the correct authorities, kay if diri ka nga section mag sige ug propaganda murag layo layo ra gyud ni sa food chain ang imong gi encourage. Why don't you try calling or contacting the media, try Bobby Nalzaro or kinsa ba kaha, I recon naa man to nag post sa cell number ni Bobby Nalzaro diri.
Thanks for your valued suggestion and reaction. Your suggestion is already in the pipeline apart from the lawyer I am talking to. I am planting the "seeds" for people to take notice of my situation and not make "bagulbol" here and there. Nevertheless, most are really not interested or have any pecuniary interest and some wait and see.

( 3 kinds of people - people who make things happen, people who watch things happen and people who don't know what is happening) I am making this as a test-case of learning how to unite and organize people for a common cause towards doing something about our government instead of blaming and blaming the government. (We as persons are the government - the officials that I am calling their attention are actually "our employees" - Pnoy said that himself - we are his boss)

This is a multi-prong approach and will try to cover as much ground as I can and hopefully before I lose steam.
This is also not a black-propaganda, but a rally for change and improvement of government support and service. This is a true and realistic scenario and does not intend to malign anyone.
This is not intended to transgress the law of God - thou shalt not bear false witness against they neighbor.

I hope people can later "connect-the-dots" to give them a picture of what this is all about. Simply stated, the government has to be aware of my cause and support food production for poverty alleviation. It is a simple as that.

I think si Mr. President, Landbank CEO ug si OWWA, dili man tingale mo basa ug or mo log-in diri sa istorya.net. Mas motanaw pa tingale to sila ug "ako Budoy ug Darna" kay sa mo post or mobasa diri sa istorya.net.

Sorry bro, did not mean to offend anyone. peace. .\/..
Bro, you don't have to be sorry but I thank you for asking. I am well aware of what you said about pres, owwa, landbank, and my lone "voice" in the wilderness - not reading istorya. Just like a howling wolf; somehow, I hope that by howling, this will echo through out the world someday and will impact the "ears" of those concerned, whether I am still alive or dead by then. The good thing about wolves, is they echo and echo and echo and creates fear among their adversaries..it creates an atmosphere of power and the tool is in front of us.

For those istoryans who are irritated, please forgive me for the annoyance and bear with me while I climb through the uphill struggle - a lonely voice from the wilderness, howling for change and improvement for benefit of the majority, alleviation of poverty and assistance to the poorest of our poor...
