A couple friend of mine wants to adopt a child. Is adopting a relative or anyone without going throug DSWD legal?
They want a baby no older than 1 year. Of course, knowing the biological family of the baby is better.

up ni nato kay gusto sab ko mahibaw unsaon pag process aning mag adopt...
i think it is better na muagi sa DSWD kai lisud na if relative lang nimo ang biological parent then wala mo gi pirmahan papers basin mausab ang huna huna in the long run then bawiun ang baby, pastilang sakita kaha.
Daghan na man naka-adopt wala moagi sa DSWD. Naay pirma sa papers. I want to know kung giunsa nila og asa sila niduol. Wala mi kaila na magpa adopt ug baby. Kung naa mo kaila please send me a PM.
Di ba ang Asilo naa man kids to be adopted? Why don't you try asking there pud?
If not through DSWD, through lawyers perhaps? sakto pud giingon ni lizzieseven, sakit kaayo kung bawion.
^ yes yes very true
go to a lawyer for the legal process...i think it's mandatory to go through the DSWD for evaluation purposes. of course, the adoptive parents have to be evaluated for their capacities to raise the child (psychological, financial, etc.)
basta dapat legal jud na, the child's birth certificate must bear the annotations nga adopted na cya para wala hasol nig dako niya.
All adoption has to go through a court approval, so you really need to consult a lawyer regarding that. If wala mo kaila lawyer, just PM me and I can refer you to someone who can assist in the adoption proceedings in the court.
dili d i mo ka anak?
